JULY 4 2013 EPIC FLOOD PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA 
From July 3rd to July 4th 18ins of rain fell 12ins fell on July 4th alone. This massive amount of rain lead to flooding of roadways all over Bay County. Areas of Panama City Beach were under water and homes apartments businesses and even my church were all flooded. Cars and trucks were flooded. Even the Panama City Mall for the first time ever on the Forth of July closed due to flooding. This was the worst EVER flooding I have seen in my 34 years on this beach. Not even Tropical Storm Alberto in 1991 dropped this much rain at one time. Truly something locals will never forget.
